I recently upgrade my computer form 4.5 years setup.

The primary hard drive is the Kingston HyperX 120GB SATA 3 Sandforce SSD.

I did some test (AS SSD and the CystalDiskMark)

the read speed is like sata 2 speed, read seed seem to be ok except 4k is perform like sata 2.

Here is the print screen.

The motherboard is the ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3

the SSD is using the sata 6 cable provided by the motherboard plug into the intel sata 6 port, i also try the mavell sata 6 port, is even slower.

Not sure if this has to in fact I installed Windows Vista 32 bits first then upgrade to Windows 7 64 bits. If I do a full installed of windows 7 64 bits will it fix the issue?

Advertised speeds for your drive are with ATTO benchmark software, not AS-SSD or CrystalDiskMark.

ATTO uses compressible data to test Read/Write speeds.
AS-SSD & CrystalDiskMark use incompressible data to test Read/Write speeds.

With incompressible data you will always have lower test results.

I would also "Log off" overnight if I were you to allow GC (Garbage Collection) to recover drive performance.
Your CrystalDiskMark settings indicate that you wrote 36GB on that 1 test run; and running AS-SSD you wrote an additional 5GB on that 1 run. Hopefully you ran each benchmark only once :)
