Your Feedback and advice on this system spec.

I am building my first Computer that I will be using for Motion graphic, 3D stuff, Video Editing (SD and HD) Compositing, Photo Editing, Gaming (occasionally), multitasking and abit more.

Here are the part that I have chosen and need recommendation for the remaining parts.
Processor: Intel i7 920 2.66 GHZ
MotherBoard: Asus P6T Delux
RAM: 6GB DDR3 1600MHZ Corsair Dominator GT
Graphic Card: 896M GTX 275 Gigabyte
HDD: WD 500GB + 1TB
Power Supply: Corsair 1000HX
Case:
Monitors: Thinking of getting Asus VH232H/ 24"/22" (Duel if enough money left, otherwise single for now)
Optical Drive:
Cooling system:

I don't want to spend more than AU$2500-3000.

Please recommend me those ones that I have left empty. I might over clock the processor for the time being do I need a cooling system. If you want more information, feel free to ask me.

I want the case that keep everything very organized. Since I am working with photos and graphic material, I want my monitor to show the exact color possible.
