What is the best Heat Sink

I would like to know what would be the best heat sink to use with a i7 920. I will be overclocking hopefully to 3.8 and want to stay away from liquid cooling. I want the best under $300 - Thanks

I would have to agree with him on the heatsink product. but make sure you lapping the heatsink until the nickel is gone.

UPDATED (FEBRUARY 15, 2010)
But If I overclocked it back to 3.77Ghz I would be 22096 and If I overclocked it back to 4.0Ghz it would be 24307. I did some benchmark test about 4 times and got the results. I was happy with 24307
