5750 VS 5770

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the ATI Radeon 5750 and the 5770?

In terms of performance:

HD 5750 = HD 4850
HD 5770 = HD 4870

Power Consumption approximately (too lazy to check, browse www.xbitlabs.com reviews for reviews with this info):

HD 5750 = ~50w to ~60w
HD 5770 = ~70w to ~80w
HD 4850 = ~110w
HD 4870 = ~120w
