Hi ladies and Gents!!

I recently made a gaming computer for flight simulator x , and boy does it play good!

Specs:
i5 2500k @ stock
asus p8z77
4x2 ddr3 kingston 1600channel ram -- x2 = 16gb
Noctua nh d 14
Antec 302 Case
620watt Quality Psu
Geforce gtx 560 ti 448 cores

Ive wanted to overclock , but im not sure how to do it! I want to run on stock voltages, that wont kill my computer/ damage any components! Ive heard that the ONLY thing I should CHANGE IS THE BLK SPEED TO 100MHZ, and the MULTIPLIER TO 40. But what do i change the voltage too? The vcore thingy, i have no clue about the voltage, can someone help me on that? What is the stock voltage for a i5 2500k that wont cause any damage ever! I want this cpu and components to last 5- 7 years! ( i never want my computer to die , so i can show my kids in the future lol)
