You can flash the BIOS. Here is a nice detailed guide that will explain everything:

Read this and other articles about BIOS flashing, and familiarize yourself before attempting this.
Just 2 days ago, I flashed the BIOS on my EVGA X58 Classified motherboard. Works fine now (old BIOS did work fine earlier too).
In my case, to the best of my recollection, I performed the following steps:
1. Downloaded an "iso image" file for the new updated BIOS from my board manufacturer (EVGA).
2. Burned this image on to a CD.
3. Turned the computer OFF.
4. Re-started my computer and tapped the appropriate key in order to get into the BIOS.
5. When I was in the existing (old) BIOS, I set the computer to start from the CD/DVD drive. Save BIOS settings and exit. Turn OFF computer.
6. Re-start with newly burned CD in the start drive. Follow on-screen instructions.
7. Now the BIOS will be upgraded (flashing) to the new BIOS (from burned CD).
8. Turn OFF the computer and re-start while tapping the key to get into the BIOS.
9. Now when you are in the new BIOS, reset the start to your hard drive which has the OS installed. Save BIOS settings and exit.
10. Your computer will be running with the newly flashed (upgraded/properly working) BIOS.
In your case, since your BIOS is corrupted, you have no other option other than flashing the BIOS.
