I have EVGA GTS 250 1GB installed on my computer ,
Processor is E8400
Ram Dominator 4Gb 1066 MHZ
PSU = CoolerMaster eXtreme Power Plus 600W

I want to ask

Is my PSU giving required Amps and volts?

Yeah, should be more than fine.

You need 20 amps on the 12v rails. You have something like 27 amps available.

no. 400 watts true rated would be perfect. (in other words, yours is overkill)
