Yes, there will be no issues. Make sure that the two have the same memory (512MB vs 1GB), and whether or not one is pre-overclocked.

OK great thinks for the info
  3. Yes I'm running 2 4850 from ASUS and GAINWARD in CF, no issues, except asus under load is 105 C and gainward max 55C ;)
  4. 105c that's a little warm. I have the sapphire 4870 & it is running @ 50-60c under Crysis very high & high.

    Is 105c normal?
  5. i dont think 105c is normal for the 4850... my 4890 oc runs atmost ~90.
  6. Most likely the asus card is right on top of the gainward card in Shaitis_06's setup, thats why its so much hotter.
  7. Hey I am in the mid atlantic & its pretty cold here, so i have run a duct to a window to bring in cold air & my temps are @ 32c for the cpu & system is 23c. That you guy know of is there a low temp for the cpu's
  8. woo your temps are nice and cool, my e8500 is idleing at 44C here in southern California so your temps with crossfire wont be much of a problem.
