Video card upgrade on Dell XPS 400 system

Hello,
Will the 7950 gtx video card fit and run in the dell XPS 400 system without having to change anything else. I have upgraded the ram to 2.5G already and am about to see if this 7950 gtx video card will work in this system as well.

You might need to add another fan or 2 to help exhaust the heat, but the card should fit and have no problem with power.
