I purchased this board (ddr2 vers) a few days ago for an HTPC build (my first HTPC, 2nd build total -- i'm no expert, yet!).

So far... definitely recommend it for a budget HTPC. I purchased it as a cheap combo deal with the Athlon II x2 240 from newegg. So far it has exceeded my expectations and am really loving it! Hooked up to 37inch Samsung LCD TV through HDMI. Haven't tried Bluray yet, been too busy to pick up some discs at blockbuster to test.
