Windows 7 ultimate

I have a 975xbx2 board (bad axe) with a 965 extreme edition (3.73GHz) with 4 gb ocz reaper (800mhz) 2x2. Will this combination run best with 32 or 64 bit windows 7 ultimate

Yes it should run fine

All 4GB of memory will be addressable with the 64-bit version. Use the 64-bit version unless drivers for some of your peripherals, e.g., a flatbed scanner, are available only for the 32-bit version (though you could also use the Windows XP virtual PC as a workaround).
