If I were to move?

I've never been close to water cooling on my own rig and my bro is considering it on his, but if you were to have one, and you had to move the computer (he goes to college then has to drive like 3 hours for the summer etc) is it a bad idea to be moving a PC with water cooling? or do you just empty it and act like there's nothing wrong with it, never had the pleasure of water cooling, thank you.

Some take water cooled rigs to lan parties, shouldn't be a problem if it's self contained.
