Windows or Hardware-PC Reboots Randomly

Hello,

Im having AMD 64bit processor with 3GB Ram Nvidia Graphics CARD and 320 GB SATA HDD. Operating System is Windows XP 64bit.and Up to date AntiVirus.

My PC is giving trouble from some time now. Its restarting suddenly without giving any error. Restart is triggered at any point (no specific time interval and no specific program running)

Is this a windows problem or some hardware problem like PSU/RAM/MB or even processor? How should i find this? Hardware or Software(OS)?

it could be either a software or hardware problem. You would need to do a fresh install of windows to rule out a software problem. if that doesnt work you can try replacing ram, mb, cpu, etc
