ok I'm looking at 2 motherboards there's an 80 dollar price difference. besides usb plugs the only difference is one has lan and the other has dual lan.

now correct me if I'm wrong but isn't lan internet?? if so its Ethernet right??

now what is the point of having 2, i heard connecting 2 pcs but come on who does that .
can you plug the router in twice to make any internet performance gains??

LAN is an acronym for Local Area Network; it isn't Internet. Having 2 Ethernet ports can sometimes be useful, but obviously not to you if you only have an Internet connection, no home network and if you don't run VMs on your system (where the second NIC can be useful). Using 2 NICs doesn't make the Internet faster.
