Need help choosing a motherboard!

Ok, so I've been looking at 3 different motherboards in the AM3 boards for the 890FX chipset and I can easily afford all of them but looking at them I don't know if I'm paying extra for nothing more than the cheaper boards. Here are the links to the boards.

Thanks in advance. By the way feel free to include specific details why you chose that board. Also, I would probably be going with the 3rd board since it looks organized and fits perfectly with my color scheme!

I say go with the Gigabyte board or my recommendation of the ASUS M4A89TD PRO/USB3 AM3 AMD 890FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard instead.
