I recently installed a GTX 275 as well as replaced my RAM with newer sticks and more of it. When I turned everything back on I seemed to have lost sound. Can anyone tell me why this is?
I have the latest BIOS, all the latest drivers, am running WinXP Media Edition. I have a Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU X6800 @ 2.93GHz and 4G of RAM (Two sticks of Mushkin 2G). I have the EVGA GeForce GTX 275 and my sound card is a Creative SB X-Fi. I am sure you need more info, but this is my first hardware post. Please let me know what else I can provde.
