My desktop cannot find the server

Hi I cannot find server on my desktop the lan connections are showing as working and the ip protocols are correct as per my suppliers codes i have tried firefox explorer and opera all cannot access also cannot set my system to an earlier time which I thought my solve it any ideas ?

Run your Av scans. Also, Hosts file may need to be looked at.

Can't find server as in a web page? No web pages are opening or just one?

When did this stop working? Are you connecting from home, work, where? Need more details.
