What is a normal temp for a 3570k. It is at about 95f. Is that high?

80C (or 176F). You'll want to stay cooler than that, but 80C+ is time to worry.

What are load temps? 95F is only 35C, which tells me that's idle temp.

Prime 95 with the Small FFTs test will do it.

Yep, LOL. Nothing in the real world stresses a CPU like Prime 95 or Intel Burn Test, though. That just lets you know the absolute hottest it will get in a worst case scenario.

4.2 MIGHT be possible and still stay in a safe temp range, but you'll just have to try it and see.
