High-Max on integrated graphics? Nope sorry.

It does run quite nicely on medium on my HD 3300 but that is mostly due to the Phenom II as well.

It will run, you'll have to lower view distances and obviously forgo shadows etc but unless you are willing to pay for a real card the HD 3200 is as good as you are going to get.

Why don't you just come in here saying "Hi, I want a new car that will do a quarter mile in under 10s but I want it to cost less than $10k".

That laptop should be more than enough to play WoW at medium settings just fine. If you want to use the max settings though you will need a laptop with powerful discreet graphics, or a gaming desktop.
