3D?

Hey guys! I'm getting a new computer around christmas with an ATI 5870. I was just wondering if ATI is working on getting 3D for their video cards. I am interested in Nvidia's 3D usage and heard it is amazing. In the future, i would like to be able to have 3D on my computer, after i get a new monitor of course. Does anyone have any information? Or is this technology all Nvidia?

Thanks a bunch!

The 5xxx series already has a 3D technology. ATi just doesn't harp about it like nVidia does.

  2. woah when did i miss that?! Well that knocks the nVidia 3D vision out as a valid reason for people who are waiting.
