The drivers from Dell should not be asking you for a disk, unless it's asking for the Windows disk. If it's asking for the Windows disk, you either need to find one, or do a search on the hard-drive for the files it wants, sometimes they are left over in directories.

Hello,

My name is Clive and I work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell. It seems that you are looking for the Ethernet and Audio drivers for computer.
Kindly refer to the link and download the drivers for the system:: http://tinyurl.com/78r9yzw
From there and select the model of the system and the windows version.

Thanks,
Dell-Clive L

This is a useless link. With no working ethernet, I cannot connect to the internet, so I'm using a Mac laptop. Now it says I need to use some ridiculous download manager? STUPID, STUPID STUPID! Thanks for nothing!
