Photoshop/Blu-Ray build, $1000 budget.

I'm looking to build a Photoshop build which is also going to be a sort of entertainment system since I want to watch Blu-ray movies and do some like gaming like WoW.

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: as soon as possible BUDGET RANGE: $1,000. Any rebates if available but doesn't matter.

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Photoshop, Animation, Blu-Rays and DVDs, Gaming.

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: Case: Cooler master cosmos, GPU: ATI Radeon 5850. Drive: LG Blu-ray burner/DVD drive Model WH08LS20K

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: Newegg.com COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: U.S.A

PARTS PREFERENCES: Intel CPU

OVERCLOCKING: No

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1920x1080, if possible 24" one.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:Needs to be quiet if possible.
