I have systemax p c if there is a blue light on mother bord what that mean

i have a systemax p c that it beeped three times then frooze up now when i turn it on it tell me that i have no power spully going to it.

That's impossible, if there was not power going to the motherboard, it won't have the power to tell you that there is no power.

It's like a car with no gas starting up to tell you it's out of gas. It won't even start.
