Best GPU Heatsink/Cooler?

So I'm getting the GTX 680 and just wanted to know what the best GPU Heatsink/Cooler would be for it, or whether you even need the Heatsink/Cooler because it already has two fans in it.

You don't need an aftermarket one, two fans is good enough!
