When I would turn off my Treo 650 and then turn it back on, it was
about a 50-50 chance that the correct voice mail number would be
there. I would also get all zeros and a couple of times got the
random number.
Since I got the new sim card, the problem has disappeared. When I
called my local store they said that the manager had sim cards
"specifically for the treo" in his desk. I don;t think that the floor
employees knew much about the problem.
