Asrock mobos for OC'ing i7-3770k?

Would either of these two motherboards be acceptable for OCing an i7-3770K?

The Extreme4 is a very popular choice. The H77 that you've listed is a micro ATX board (smaller than usual) and it's also H77, rather than Z77, so it's missing a few more enthusiast features. But both support overclocking for Ivy Bridge.

What will you be using this machine for?

This is for Video editing and photo editing. I will add the maximum 32Gig right away, and a single 5-series or 6-series nVidia card.

I am currently using a Q9400 with 8 Gig, and it is very slow.
