Random Read 4KB (QD=32) : 205.678 MB/s [ 50214.3 IOPS]
Random Write 4KB (QD=32) : 235.860 MB/s [ 57583.0 IOPS]

Test : 1000 MB [C: 18.7% (41.5/221.6 GB)] (x5)
Date : 2011/11/12 10:46:19
OS : Windows 7 Ultimate Edition SP1 [6.1 Build 7601] (x64)

HARDWARE & OPERATING SYSTEM SPECS:

Asus Rampage III Extreme running the latest bios.

Windows 7-64 bit.

Two SSD Kingston Hyper X 120 GB EACH = 221GB in RAID 0

What reasons for these slow writes is there a room for improvement or did a miss something while i was settign up RAID0?

Not quite sure if this running under SATA 6 GBPS?

As always your feedback is very much appreciated.

they are about the same as the benchmark of a single disk so im guessing ur RAID config is messed up! or if you are using RAID1 then your fine!

Raid 1 is for backup not speed!
