So, I thought I had decided to go with this motherboard (EVGA nForce 730i):

but then I saw the (Asus nForce 750i):

The problem is I don't know much about motherboards and this is my first time upgrading motherboard. I have an Intel P965 Express chipset which tells you that anything will be an upgrade. ANYWAYS I want to get something good for now (For less than 120 since I plan on switching to i7 in about a year)

I will be transfering all my hardware to the new motherboard and a new antec 300 case (I have to change case because I am going from Dell's BTX to the lovely standard ATX) so that I can fully transfer my OCZ 4GB of DDR2 my EVGA GTX 480, my Q6600 (G0) my Ultra 650W, the new heatsink (cooling tower) I will probably have to buy since my old one wont probably fit in the new set up. I plan to transfer my DVDRW and my HDD too.

Do you guys see where there might be a problem? compatibility issues? Any advice before I commit? (I really don't care about sli GPUs since I'm not a fan)

I see lots of terrible reviews on both motherboards but I also see they are top sellers and they also have great reviews for the most part. Some complain about not being able to add RAM to the 730i, others complain the 750i doesn't last, freezes and a bunch of stuff I don't even know what factors might play a role.

I would like to have opinions from you, the experts, on which board to choose and if you have any other recommendations I will take a look!

Thank you so much!
