Front panel header 16 pin connecton

my hp m7750n died.i thought it might be motherboard.so, i got a biostar 790gx xe.it supported my cpu and ram.i was reviewing connections when i noticed.front panel connections different.on old board i have a f_panel 1 header with 1 hole blocked.on new board 16 pin header marked jpanel 1.can i get a 16 pin adapter(where) and wire myself or an adapter.or new front panel on/off switch with 16 pin connector.
