I wanna over clock my intel 3570k could use some help

i have a intel 3570k with a asrock z77 pro4-m i have the cooler master hyper N520, my 3570k is at 3.4 now stock clock i want to get to at least 3.8 or maybe even 4.0 i have this program it came with the mother board its called asrock extreme tuning utility any clue how to use it lol...

its usually a bigger headache to use utility's in windows, i would use your bios to change settings, for that you just need to change the cpu multiplier and the cpu voltage
