Print icon missing on email bar window xp

When clicking onto email, all the normal icons on top appear as normal i.e. create-reply all- forward- print- delete-send-address-find. But as soon I click onto create, for sending an email, all the icons change, and the icon PRINT dissappears altogether, How can I restore this? With many thanks in anticipation

are you talking about webmail? or do you use an email client? I imagine you cannot print an email you are currently composing but after you have sent it you can print it from the sent mail folder.
