Getting BSOD lately, a lot !

You can start by recording the stop codes on the BSOD.
for example: 0x00000005f
Go to this site, enter your stop code (s) in their search box.

This will give you an idea of what is happening.

If I were you, I'd turn off your computer and leave it off until you can install a new hdd. Hopefully you'll be able to transfer all of your old hdd to your new before it quits on you for good. it has happened to me just like you're saying. good luck; I was not so lucky

try running memtest to check your rams ok
