Hello everyone, I'm just about to purchase my components.

I was wondering if someone could just quickly check over them for me and confirm that they will all work together, particularly the power supply (correct pins for power?) and RAM (correct frequency?) with the motherboard. That's the only thing I'm not sure about.

AMD Phenom II X2 550 Black Edition 3.1GHz 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 Retail Boxed Processor

Gigabyte GA-MA770T-UD3P AMD 770 Socket AM3 6 Channel Audio Out ATX Motherboard

OCZ Stealth XStream 600W PSU - SLI Ready ATX2.2 12cm Fan

OCZ Platinum 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-10666C7 1333MHz Dual Channel

Coolermaster Elite 335 Case

LG GH22NS50 22x SATA DVD±RW Dual Layer & RAM Black Bare Drive

XFX HD 4870 750M 1GB DDR5 DUAL DVI TV Out PCI-E Graphics Card

Really big thanks guys! I'll be ordering tonight if I get the 'good to go' from one of you guys.

Cheers again.

Look at the stickied thread "How to ask for new build advice." We really can't do much (besides saying if it will work) without a budget or purpose. You could be wasting your money, or you could be spot on. We'd never know.

Ditch the WD HDD and get a Samsung Spinpoint F3. It should be cheaper, and it will be faster and quieter.

Hey thanks for the response.

I'm pretty sure that the listed components are the best I can afford in my available budget.

I just wanted to confirm that the PSU, RAM and motherboard combination are all going to work with each other?

Thanks.
