Change HDD Sizes in Raid 05

Hello,
Array disk 7 maxtor 146 gb / rpm 10K hdd was corrupted and i could not find any precise hdd , the closest that i could get was a 300gb /rpm 15 k so i took it and make a hot swap.
the Server recognize the disk and bring me back all the specs of the disk and the light turende green but there is an excalmaiton mark stating "This disk is not supported by Dell" ..Is this a problem ?

Using a 15K RPM drive along with 10K RPM drives isn't ideal, but as long as the rebuild worked and the system can be rebooted without manual intervention, then I wouldn't worry too much about it. Dell should have been able to supply the correct replacement hard disk.
