I have an AMD X4 ii 955 BE. Stock was at 3.2. When I got my H80, I was able to overclock to 4.1 Ghz. I ran Prime for quite a while and I felt comfortable. So for about three months I had it OC's to 4.1 then my H80 block burnt out which then made me get the Antec 620 for the time that H80 would be sent back to Corsair and then back. Now when I overclock (with Antec 620) i can only overclock to 4.0. I get the blue screen at 4.1 running my voltage at 1.5 so to me that is a big no no. I just find it weird that I can now only OC to 4.0. Its not a HUGE difference but still, those few extra frames on Flight Sim X would be nice.

Anyone have any ideas?

Dang it! Well i can tell you that the heatsink wasnt the cause. I just put my h80 back in. Idle temps are lower but not by a lot, about 5C of a difference. I ran prime and its stable. I have this feeling that if i up the frequency/speed, its gonna give me some problems. I dont really want to touch the voltage anymore because 1.5 is just a little scary to be fooling around with. Im gonna up the speed and see what happens. Lets hope for the best!

Ugh! Okay so well, what i saw coming, became true. I was able to get up to 4.1 but my voltage was at 1.48. One more notch up and it was 1.5. Thats Not gonna happen. So looks like 4.0 at 1.4625 it is. Its weird how i got to 4.1. Another weird thing is that this time, i didnt get the blue screen with 4.1 on full load. Just weird. Im really curious to why this happened. Its not a huge deal but its something that is a little abnormal. I hope i didnt damage the chip in any shape or form!
