My mobo problem

Hey guyz

I have a low end motherboard that is Foxconn g31mx/k.

Which is pci 1.0 x 16

And i have a q8400
3GB ram......1GB 800 and 2Gb 667
Hd 4850 512 sapphire

having all these my system runs low in games like Assasins creed ,assacins creed 2 and splinter cell conviction..

In splinter cell conviction the normal hd 4850 low setting fps is 62.. mine is just around 30-35...

Would this be because of my cheap low end board.. Or is my vga dead..

PLEASE HELP ME Guyz

Did it run faster before? Did you compare your results with another similar system (same CPU and clock speed), including a 512MB 4850 GPU?

THanks guyz fornd my problem..

I removed the 800 1gb ram.. and my pc plays games very fast which did not work well before..Now it works with the 2 Gb 667 ram..

So please some one make a thread saying that having 1 667 ram and 1 800 ram will spoil the performance very much..

This isn't necessarily true. If using modules that are different (not recommended), you have to set the timings and voltage manually in the BIOS.
