Need a motherboard that supports DDR2 and SLI that works with AM3 proc

Title says it's all.
I do not wish to upgrade my ram or video card so I am looking for a motherboard that has the following features:
DDR2
SLI
Will work with a Phenom X4 955 AM3 processor
and if at all possible, is a great overclocker
I have searched all over the internet and used neweggs search tools and have yet to find a board that is still for sale that supports this.

the only 750a that has SLI and DDR2 is the ASUS M4N72-E which is out of stock on newegg. The 980a are all ddr3 boards.
I really do not want a ddr3 board o1die because its been shown that the money vs the performance gain isnt worth it. Especially considering I have several sets of DDR2 that I can utilize for free.
I appreciate the feedback though.
