So far I have tried every drivers on the ASUS site for the P7P55D-E Pro, except for the Intel Matrix Storage because it wouldn't let me install it. It kept saying that my system does not meet the minimum requirement. I tried AHCI, but it is still no go.

When I go to properties, it said Location: on Intel P55 Express Chipset LPC Interface Controller - 3B02. I have already installed the chip set driver. =/ Unless I am missing something

Intel Matrix Storage drivers can be installed only if you set the controller in RAID mode. Did you install the latest chipset drivers available from Intel? That should take care of the PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3B02 device.

Hello,
I have a similar mainboard, ASUS P7P55D and my solution was to install the ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Win7 32&64-bit
from the ASUS-homepage.
