What can i use?

I am pretty green at this so let me ask I have an ATI RADEON XPRESS 200 series on a socket 939 HP. What can I upgrade that card to? if it helps the exact system is an HP a1253w on XP 4gb something that is pretty durable I really do not care about quite. just want good. I dont even know what type of card it is AGP PCI 1.0 I have no clue. Help

The weak part in those computers is the power supply which will limit you on options. HD4650/70 from ATI and GF GT240 would be the highest to go with out replacing PSU.
