Hello,
When I try to boot up my laptop, nothing happens. There are two lights on my laptop, the ac power lights works but nothing else happens like the hard drive spinning or making noise. It will not recover after a bios upgrade. Trying to flash the vga bios was the last thing I tried. Is there any way to return the bios to default or old bios that worked

Not really. The only thing you could do is replace the EEPROM which is no easy task, esp if it's soldered to the board. Or replace the entire motherboard.

Also, you may be able to put the BIOS file on a DOS bootable flash drive with a auto executable batch file to flash the file assuming only the GPU BIOS is bad.
