How to access content of a removable disk on windows xp

Hi,

I can't open my removable disk. I remember that I accidentally deleted the 'LaunchU3' file

from the removable disk, and thereafter the disk couldn't be opened. When I try to open

it, "The disk in drive is not formatted" will appear. Kindly help me to solve the problem.

My OS is Windows XP SP3.
