i am based in South Africa and in the charcoal briquette bisinness. we have a problem in our drying ovens. is there in any way a form of airflo chart that we can get to help us in solving the problem.

Well, we generally don't get too many questions here concerning charcoal briquettes. Airflow is pretty basic. Warmer air goes up, cooler air goes down and fans can be used to enhance or modify that behavior. I bet if you could give a basic idea of how the ovens worked and a good description of the problem you're having, there are some people here that would be happy to make suggestions.
