How to recover disappeared local disk D in windows 7

when i open my system , local disk (D) is missing and there is no system restore file available, all restore files are deleted

is (D) an optical drive?
Whatever the case (optical drive or hard drive) chances are that you have a cable loose.
make sure that both (power) and (data) cables are firmly attached on both ends.

Do this with your computer OFF of course and then boot your computer again.
It should be "fixed" now.
