Hello,
i have built a new pc:
Gigabyte Z78X-UD3
OCZ MODXSTREAM 500W
KINGSTON 4X 2GB DDR3 1600MHZ
ATI 5830
I5 2500K

I AM HAVEING PROBLEMS WITH OVERCLOCKING

IT WONT LET ME GO FURTHER THAN 4.4 GHZ NO MATTER WHAT VOLTAGE!
ANY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED, SORRY FOR BAD ENGLISH AND CAPS

4.4 is plenty! Mine is only OC'd to 4.2, but runs at 3.2 most of the time, if not lower.

Sandy Bridge Processors don't run @ 100% at the time, only when load requires it. Turbo Mode is what pushes the clock speed up.
