Recovering a Deleted Partition In Windows XP

Somehow I lost the E drive/Partition that was being used for my CD-Rom drive that came with the computer. All of the sudden it's not there any longer. I'm not sure what happened, if it was somehow erased or I accidently deleted it, but I don't think that happened.

The CD Rom shows up in the "Device Manager," but there is no Partition. I also have an external CD-Rom drive that would work as well and when it was pluged in, it would appear in the E partition as well. Now neigther will work due to the missing partition.
