Radeon 6570 OC with 220W PSU

My buddy has a HP Pavilion Slimline, and naturally he'd like to be able to squeak as much performance as he can out of an HTPC-caliber 6570 he just picked up (stock 45 W TDP). The card and computer run fine at stock settings under heavy load, but I'm concerned that even attempting to OC could push the PSU too hard - it's only the 220W PSU that came with it. Could anyone give advice/warnings as to what he should do?

You won't know until you try it!

With 220W, I wouldn't. No matter how low end that card is, I wouldn't play around with that weak PSU.
