Left4dead on gf6200?

i bought left for dead the original. every time i try to play it, its a lagfest. my system is 2ghz p4, 512 ram, gf6200 agp 4x. i run vista too. will more ram help or am i screwed on the videocard?

but the ram is very low too
I think you would be better off with at least 1gb ram

the thing is, even if you get more ram, your gpu is too weak

To be honest the whole computer is too weak to run any newer games and most older ones. The P4 was a bad CPU back when it was new....512mb of RAM was alot back in 2003 when that P4 was new but today it does not cut it and the 6200 series was more for general display purposes and was never a gaming card even when it was new.

I am surprised it actually runs Vista much less games. Do not waste money trying to make that old thing game. Save and buy a new computer. What you have was obsolete in 2004 ....thats like 1000 tech years lol.

512MB n vista????? U wanna play l4d then have XP and 1GB for good speed or 2Gb n vista. Others are ok. P4 2.oGHZ is under minimum so i don't think it will run well....
