Help on choosing which CPU to buy

So at the local dealers i haven't got much choice is which CPU's to buy...

- Phenom 2 x2 550
- Phenom 2 x4 945
- Athlon 2 x4 630

The MyCom does have a 965 in stock, which is my preferred model, but it is shown to be the 140 watt model, which my board does not support...

The listed 3 are the best models they have from the series, and im just wondering which I should opt for.
- Athlon x4 is cheap
- phenom 2 x2 550 is black edition (and I love OCing)
- Phenom 2 x4 954 is obviously fastest...

Im looking for better game performance, (Crysis ) and am wondering which cpu i should buy to balance my config well. (see specs below)

im inclined to think the gts 250 is what is holding you back, but id go for the 630,

what I was thinking, now my X2 5400 @ 3.2Ghz is holding back my GTS250..

plus I hear that the Phenom 2 x2 550 has better performance than the Athlon 630

oh, i didnt know it was prev gen x2, the x2 550 will be a good chice, but the perf difference will only be noticable at lower resolutons that are bottlenecked by the cpu example, at 800x600 the 630 might get 80fps where the 550 will get 100 fps, but as the resolution goes up the app is increasingly bottlenecked by the gpu, the gap will be closed, ill see if i can find a link
