I see no issues with the RAM working with your motherboard and CPU. The motherboard supports DDR2 800, which matches your RAM selection. The LGA 775 CPU's don't have the voltage requirements like the newer chips, so no concern on the 2.0V settings. All in all, I say it is a go .
