I purchased a slim tower not really thinking about upgrade limitations now lo and behold I can't fit a normal video card in there. What is the best low-profile graphics card out there? Any information would be helpful...

The 9600 GT is the fastest low profile card of which I am aware and here is a decent one at a good price:

ZOTAC ZT-96TES3L-FSL GeForce 9600 GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Low Profile Video Card - Retail - $79.99 AR
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Here is the chart showing 4670 (the slower 4650 was not on the charts but I beleive it is about 2/3 the speed of the 4670) vs. 9600 GT:

The 9600 GT looks perfect but after reading the reviews on Newegg I'm a little wary. I don't have a lot of system building experience so I'm not sure how competently I'd be able to deal with overheating problems should they arise. Plus it's a very slim case. :??:

I have read good things about the Zotac brand - reviews on other cards - but could not find one on this.

But instead of the above recommendations - I suggest ASUS - a top brand in mobos and GPUS:

ASUS EN9600GT/DI/512MD3 GeForce 9600 GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card - Retail - $83AR
